About the role of treatment assistantViljan Stradivarius works from a psychodynamic and system theoretical foundation and bases understanding and treatment on an environmental therapeutic structure. We provide professional care in a homelike environment where everything is created based on small-scale operations. This is because the opportunity for closeness and building relationships is a fundamental prerequisite in the change work for the youth. At Stradivarius HVB, treatment is divided into three phases, each containing clear goals that the youth, parents, social services, and Stradivarius HVB evaluate together. We work closely with the youth's network, as our starting point is that guardians/other individuals deemed important for the youth are given the opportunity to participate in the change work. We work based on the individual planning and specific assignments that exist around the individual youth according to BBIC, focusing on the individual's abilities and conditions.
